Who we are, and why you're getting this

We're KIX Labs, a small web studio just up the road in Thundersley. We look at local businesses' websites and write down, in plain English, anything worth fixing. This review is free and there's no obligation. It's yours to keep, act on yourself, or pass to whoever looks after your site.

Everything here comes from what any visitor's browser sees, plus the public registers. We haven't logged into anything, sent any forms or tested anything we shouldn't. Every point has a date and evidence behind it. Anything that sounds technical is a normal maintenance job, and we say roughly how long each one takes.

First, what you're doing well

4.7 stars from 275 Google reviews is a genuinely strong record. It puts you in the top tier on the Benfleet High Road, and recent reviews name individual staff for going above and beyond. That comes from years of looking after people well, and it's the hardest thing in this business to build.

The website hasn't kept pace with the agency behind it. Nearly everything below is routine upkeep, and several items take minutes rather than days.
